Found a 2002 Volvo S60 2.4T for $~3k
145k Miles
Specs from google:
Number of cylinders: 5
MPG: 21 city / 28 highway
Engine: 2.4L 5-cylinder
Towing capacity: 3,300 lbs
Fuel tank capacity: 21.1 gal
Horsepower: 197 HP
Good gas mileage, nice horsepower to weight so it's under 8 seconds for 0-60 which is fine for me i'm not a racer.
What are the negatives to this car?
Ford-era Volvo huh
brick or bust

>145k miles
It's like you actually want to spend more time under it than in it
maybe $2300-2500
Was also looking at those and Saab 9-5 aero's.
>Anyone have any real experience or is it just a bunch of faggots parroting bullshit they read?

Not OP ^
I do like saabs but i've read a lot of costs in repairs and often needing repairs.

145k miles are a lot on a volvo?

The online reviews of this year are pretty good

I planned on talking it down some.

Because a car isn't just stats, you moron.
That being said, if you wanna pull the gun on this one go right a head. I'm not gonna stop you or tell you it's a bad choice, all I can tell you experience-wise is that a neighbor had one and swore by it, never broke down, etc. But that was one car, not the whole line.
The one thing I will tell you is that if you're located in Murica then repairs, maintenance and just the daily cost of using it will bleed you dry slowly (Those babes take only premium for starters)

i have a volvo, premium is just recommended not required. you might get like 1 or 2 mpg less with regular but its worth it since regular is cheaper
>>14117916
Listed the stats for anyone curious so they didn't have to google it.
You're insulting but hiding it as helpful my man you're a sheckler heckler.
Implying I won't self wrench anything I can.

I thought that was a no-no for turbos but I've never had one before.
I also wouldn't mind anything from the 3800 supercharged line but most of those are
>Grand Prix of Breakdowns
>Buick Regal Rare GS
>Boats
>>14118020
oh mine is non turbo. yeah u might have to use premium in turbo. just read the manual :^)
>>14118020
I'm not hiding anything, I called you a moron straight up. Can't handle it? not my problem.
>>14118103
You're pretty cool bro.
OP just man up get a miata for cheap and excellent driving with cheap repairs.
NB model if you're scared of being called gay.
