car related autistic things you do?
>go into car dealers/honda dealers
>demand EG6 or EK9
>just keep talking about it and how id pay a ton of money for one
>keep doing so until closing or i am escorted out
ill get it shipped to usa soon guys
you really like raising autism awareness don't you anon
>>14108530
maybe if honda actually gave USA a good honda i would have not be forced to do this
/hg/ is a joke
people always post type r or JDM SI spec times and act like their USDM bullshit is at all comparable
>be tasteful Honda enthusiast
>still ironically do this dumb shit
>point at every Honda on the road when driving
>exclaim "vtec!" out loud to any passengers
99% of the people I drive with are accustomed to it and usually participate, and it's humorous. Once and a while though somebody new comes for a ride and thinks I'm just an autistic Honda retard.
>>14108525
>go with gf to Honda dealership to pick up her mom's van
> while they're getting the keys ask the guy if they have and ITR's
>guy: "what?"
>me: Integra Type R's. Do you have any?
>lot if full of civics, accords, and odysseys
>guy: "Oh no. Haven't had one in years. Check craigslist."
>I just walk out
>>14108546
without the van of course right
>>14108538
>>exclaim "vtec!" out loud to any passengers
I do this to my friends eveery time I see an Si.
They think in not joking.
>>14108533
Getting jdm parts and engine swaps are ready and easy as fuck, you sound like a poser bitch who wants bought not built, that's not hgs problem that's your problem you're a bitch that can't wrench
>>14108538
>Honda enthusiast
isn't that an oxymoron
>>14108629
I just want a good life anon
Its not fair to be treated like a third class citizen
I always viciously attack mercedes enthusiasts, with the exception of mighty Benz. Jags piss on mercs any day of the week.
I also jizz over every jaguar except the x-type. Pretty sure everyone gets annoyed eventually.
>>14108629
>spend thousands of dollars to get to be stock with an upper trim
yeah thats great man
>>14108629
>wanting jdm and not just ditching the shit box and getting a v8
>>14108712
>all v8s are good.
Many of them are horrible only a few are good. Why would you recommend one to someone who doesn't know v8s.
>>14108732
All anyone needs to know is Mark iv big block chevy is GOAT of engines
>>14108750
Ever driven a denali, It steers like a tank.
Ill just stick to my civic em2 ex, thanks.
>>14108936
I actually have and they don't have Mark iv engines, im talking about dang ol 454 boi
>>14109260
I had a 95 454 Sierra, thing was fucking BOSS
Gave it to my mom to drive since she didn't have something. She sold it for a 91 Silverado with a 350. Thing runs like shit. Super salty
>>14108546
>tfw your local dealersip has a DC2 ITR with 10k miles
>tfw they want 15k for it
>>14108525
>5 minute drive to work
>take 25 minute route instead to make sure everything gets up to operating temperature
>>14108682
>I also jizz over every jaguar
I can't. Grew up with a Jag dealership directly across the street from the entrance of my sub-division, and my parents still live there. So, seeing it everyday for most of my life growing up, and when going to visit them, I get more excited over a Kia.
>>14108525
ITT:
A bunch of weabo gajins fucking up adjectives and adverbs.
>launching at every stoplight
>>14108533
>People are always posting times
>Posting times
>/hg/
I don't think you've ever been to a Honda thread before.
>>14109311
Thats terrible. Well at least they didn't go as expensive as possible with the car they replaced it with.
>>14108629
>hg
>doing actual mechanical work and builds
They're broke ass 4channers limping along primered rusty shitboxes with single cams
>>14109570
She sold it for 1,800. The only issue with the truck was a rusty frame, which is normal for a 20 year old Canadian truck
>>14109602
Not all of us senpai.
Several s2000, an nsx, and a lot of clean Hondas in that thread
>>14108538
>get lift home when drunk
>friend has a Honda
>proclaim "Vtec!" anytime he gives it even a moderate amount of throttle
>>14109658
That's not bad for an old car in Canada.
I have a '91 Subaru Legacy (single turbo) in Toronto that's rust free. Always surprises people to see a relatively clean old car.
>>14109725
We're not in Canada anymore, southern US where truck prices are extremely high
I wanted to keep the engine, but whatevs, technically gave it to her so was hers to do whatever with
>>14109732
I didn't mean price sorry, was referring to the condition. A bit of rust is nothing for an old Canadian vehicle.
>>14109451
I NO WUT I GAWT
>>14108629
This sounds like my highschool parking lot circa 2007
>>14109725
Nice man, I love those legacy's. Cosmetically, they are one of those cars that have a reputation of being hideous, but after a little makeover, they're gorgeous.
>>14109725
Nice got any pictures?
I'm in Toronto aswell and my 04 mazda3 is just fine
>>14109749
Yea, the thing was in decent shape. And it was fast as fuck.
Then she sells it for a POS Silverado that's one step down in tonne level. Sierra was a 2500 and the Silverado is a 1500
Slightly salty
>mazda 2, then i20 in front of me at lights
>lights go green, car in front sets off, i20 still on brakes
>*beep*
>takes off at snail's pace
>over take him on the service lane in my shitbox van
>next set of lights i20 pulls up over the line
>manlet in skinny jeans gets out and starts walking towards me with his phone out
>light turns green, stick head out of window and yell at top of my lungs "NICE MEME"
>watch as spaghetti pours from all his orifices in a cloud of diesel smoke
>>14109780
That seems perfectly reasonable though for a already rare car that's unmolested and low miles
>>14111412
Yeah they can look cool for sure.
>>14111461
I don't unfortunately. I'm living in Australia at the moment so the Subaru is sitting in a garage. It might see a bit of use from my family in Summer, but they tend to go to Mexico in the winter. Main reason the car has survived so long.
