How the fuck do I remove rusted bolts in hard to reach spots?
Wmeme40

A torch
Spray that shit with WD40 or something better if you want. If it's badly stuck spray it every night for a few days.
Should come off super easy
penetrating meme oil
MEMES

Much quicker than oil

PB'laster and modest amounts of heat. Repeat as necessary.
Also pic related.
WD40 has no business being anywhere near a car.
Its shouldn't be used for lubrication or as a penetrating oil. If you're using WD40 then you're probably doing it wrong.
There I said it come at me bro.

JB 80 for things that are assembled, PBlaster for things I'm taking apart.
Haven't had a can of WD for over a decade.
Other stuff just works better.

NO NO NO NO
Use PB Blaster.

I used a combination of WD40 and a propane torch for a couple of rusted bolts. If there are things around the bolt that should not be exposed to fire, get something more penetrating than WD40 and let it soak in over night and try removing the bolt the next day.
1. Penetrating oils
2. Heat with blowtorch to expand nut
3. Impact wrench
This was what it took to get off my rusty ass factory back bumper off my truck to put my new (to me) diamond steel one on

One of those and a big ol fuck hammer and you're good I fucking love those things
>>14086121
Yeah, peanut butter is much better at lubricating than WD40.

NO NO NO NO
Use Liquid Wrench with PTFE
WD40 is weak shit, you need ZEP 45
Heat them up with a torch for 5 minutes.

Just snap them off and be done with it already, FUCK. 2 lugs master race

OP here.
It was a rusted exhaust manifold to downpipe bolt. I tried a bunch of shit, PB Blaster over several days, even tried Acetone and ATF but eventually the damn thing got so badly stripped had to use a torch to get it off. It's not even close to the ground idk how it got rusted so bad. But it's off!
I appreciate this thread, guys. Thanks for the info. Atf and acetone is best, and pb blaster or liquid wrench ptfe are canned easy solutions. Last thing I used was penetrating rust edition of wd40, so it's good to have better recommendations.
