Actually if you pay attention to the dialogue, the bike in the movie had KERS, which is actually feasible on bikes now. You'd need to wire a shitload of batteries together, throw on a few extra switches, make a custom frame to get that crazy forward rake, and probably mount a 600CC engine (However I'd use the 800CC triple from the F3, since it's got good packaging and still makes above 140hp IIRC), plus a custom trans linkage system.
Realistically, it could be done. The bike would probably cost more than $100,000 if you're doing it yourself, and roughly 10x that if you were to commission it from anyone who charges hourly labor.
