Just get a new bumper or take it off and have someone repaint it.

If that's the case then fugg mang. Your pretty much boned. I had a similar accident in the same area but thankfully it only affected the bumper and not the frame, the bumper comes off with a few bolts. And I just put on a new one.

And what I mean by boned is that you gotta take it to a repair shop and get that shit straightened out. But thankfully it's just the tip of the frame and not something that gets a lot of stress. Its slightly bent downward like 2 inches. I took of the bumper to see for some more damage, found nothing else until i tried placing it back on and middle par to the bumper wouldnt bolt on

You've got two options
1 take it to a shop and get it professionally looked at and fixed so that the frame isn't structurally compromised in any way. (Preferred)
Or
2 hit that shit with a mallet until the bumper is able to bolt back on.
