Got my first car but it has no aux/usb/bluetooth so I cant listen to any music, except radio.
While I have listened radio sometimes the speakers make this buzzing noise when there is supposed to be I think pretty heavy bass drop or so.
So I want to listen my own music do I have to buy a new car stereo and speakers?

Yes. They're hardy, but to keep them healthy indoors it takes a lot of daily work. Really messy and really hungry.
I left mine with my parents for 2 years and just took him back. Had to trim his beak and toenails, get him on a proper diet, and move him to a 4'x2' cage. Spent like $250 setting him up in the summer.

If it looks like this then it's not separate, if it is separate then take it out. To check what DIN size it is you can just fucking google it. If you don't have the common sense to do this I don't think you should be replacing your head unit/speakers in the first place
