this sums up all the rich oil emirates pretty good. they are basically run by people with the education and social skills of 12 year olds, but a shitload of money makes it look like they are civilised. their cars show their real age though.

Old police car of São Paulo.
Now they are using Chevrolet Spin, Toyota Hilux and Volkswagen Spacefox.
I went to drop someone off near Williamsburg VA but took a wrong turn and I was about to drive onto Camp Peary.
There was a place to make a U-turn as you approach the gate so I turned around there and pulled over to get directions off of my phone but apparently I didn't go far enough. An MP vehicle drove up, guy came up and asked what I was doing, relayed I was lost and looking for directions and let me go. I was on the other side of the U-turn from the base, but apparently it was federal property.
It was a cool MP SUV like this, but of course with MP labeling. They were not lazy about wanting me to move along.
