break fluid is a solvent. It can be used to remove caked-in grime on the painted surfaces of your car.
antifreeze is made of ethylene glycerol. This chemical is very similar to sugar alcohol. This is why antifreeze has a sweet taste and is dangerous to children. Factories simply add dyes and a few additives to ethylene glycerol to make antifreeze.
You can basically make the same thing at home using koolaid packets. The koolaid has dehydrated glycerol. Simply add 5 or 6 packets to 2 gallons of water. Then add some antifreeze additive (get from autozone) to make antifreeze. Make sure to use a specific gravity tester to make sure you have the correct ratio!

volume is drawn through the brake fluid reservoir with normal use, so you won't get enough antifreeze into the system to cause a problem unless you bleed the brakes while you're at it.
