Alright /o/
irl equivalent of Star Wars vehicles.
Millenium Falcon - Volvo 240 wagon with a 2JZ swap
TIE Fighter - Land Rover Defender
Miata
T-4a shuttle - a tour bus
Death Star - Schwerer Gustav
A-Wing - Lancia Stratos
>>14035203
Technically, the Death Star was never a vehicle at all - it's classified as a battle station.
>>14035227
shut up nerd.
>>14035227
It moved though.
>>14035227
The Gustav wasn't a vehicle either, it was a portable gun. Don't let the tracks fool you, it couldn't hurtle along parallel tracks firing off rounds at targets over the horizon (though that would be unbelievably cool, especially if used while retreating to add speed).
>>14035170
That's actually more like an old pickup truck.
>>14035245
It has no storage space and tops out at 155mph.
What would Slave 1 be?
>>14035259
>>14035266
Na too high key. Slave 1 is like the millenium falcon its like a sleeper spacecraft.
>>14035270
F350?
>>14035266
yeah this >>14035270
Mercs are too fancy and non-sleazy.
>>14035274
I'll agree on the too fancy but Mercedes are sleazy as hell. If someone's being driven in a Mercedes they invariably in charge of a large group of people with, if not outright, subtly sinister undertones.
>>14035287
>they invariably in charge
*they're inevitably in charge. Damn these tiny edit windows.
>>14035249
It's also an old piece of shit beat up farm vehicle. Like a bedless short-cab ranger.
>>14035259
Slave 1 would literally be this with 4 shotgun holsters, a semtex in the glovebox and no police lights
>>14035296
How about a VanVan?
>>14035170
Obviously.
>>14035155
That's not nearly rickety and nervous enough. Tie fighters are more like souped up Fiat unos.
>>14035351
You've never driven a Defender.
Slave Oneā¦?
>>14035355
Nope. Driven an uno, though, and they fit the bill. Screechy and rickety.
>>14035155
uh no. I don't think you get this.
>>14035146
2jz swapped Volvo? more like M50 swapped
>>14035146
no
What would the snowspeeder be?
>>14035227
it wasn't a fixed installation though and it was presumably capable of moving under it's own power (it's never shown being towed by another ship)
>>14035146
>Millenium Falcon
>>14035146
Tie Fighter - Corvette C7
X-Wing - GT-R
A-Wing - Alfa 4C
B-Wing - Toyota Hilux
Tie Interceptor - 370Z
Lambda Shuttle - Nismo Juke
>Lady Luck (Lando's Ship) - Miata
Republic Gunship: Gillig Low Floor
Durable, very tough, lots of cargo capacity, and surprisingly maneuverable in the right hands.
>>14035241
Gustav was shipped by train, and then assembled on separate curved tracks laid by the gun crew.
>>14035303
Yeah, it was a modified police craft or something.
>>14035146
Is there such a thing in Star Wars as a 'stock' Millenium Falcon?
>>14036200
An old Polaris 488 snowmobile.
>>14038406
YT-1300 freighter
