Whats the best way to refurbish them,such as paint.i have a 86 toyota pu with the stock wheels,they are in poor shape from the years

take them to a wheel shop.. they will bead blast them and repowder coat them
or you could wire wheel them and repaint yourself but it wont look nearly as good.
