I would double park said car. But considering the owner in the OP's pic is a lazy asshole, I still think they would be an asshole.
All around him are cars. Beyond the CRV, is nothing but open parking.
This leads me to believe that he parked near the front of a store, taking up two places, where if he did not want to come across as an asshole, could have parked 2 isles over where no one is, and could even take up 4 spots with no ill effect.
