I dropped one of my riding school bikes when I was training for my license in a similar situation. We went out for a long ride with the aim being to arrive at this biker cafe in the hills about 40 minutes away. Ride was good and fun, and we got the cafe and had coffee and all, the parking was on a steep hill.
The time came to go and we were reversing down the hill essentially, but were turning 90 degrees to the slope, I did so and must have grabbed some front brake and the bike just went straight down, smashing the clutch lever and both indicators.
It was a beaten to shit old ER-5 but I still felt like a total prick.

Toogay is... peculiar. Good, but not perfect. There are two roads that people do frequent runs on. One is has a 10km stretch I'm very fond of and know every single turn, and other one has about 2 separate 15km stretches that are in great condition, which makes them fast and scary. There are small stretches of fun corners all around the island that you can full-on gotta-go-fast mode. It's an island though, so after a while it can lack on variety a bit. It's all very scenic everywhere though. If you're into shitbiking there quite a bit to explore, but I haven't done that yet.

The qt is an Italian coworker I'm waaay too fond of. We often end up talking about bikes on my desk. The most dramatic recent development was she saying "so maybe I could go to you place to work on my bike" as she lives downtown and can't work properly on a sidewalk. I promptly said "S-S-SURE" and opened wemoto as we looked for things that she needed to replace on her CB250. Both our eyes flashed with excitement, albeit for different reasons. She has a shitcunt English bf she sees once in a blue moon that really needs to go. Also judging from her normiebook antics she has got to be bisexual. Anyway enough with the blog post, you can see how I get carried away with this.

I really need to change the fork oil, it started leaking again and I feel it wobbly.
I think I locked up the front brake going over a pot hole and the frot took a pretty hard hit, a few day after the front wheel made a weird noise fo a while like the brake was dragging.
