Which
Snek probably sounds cooler but the GT probably has all the worked out Ford memes.
Isn't it more expensive?
Yeah, buy that. Sell it. Buy a snek and an older GT.
Probably the Viper because it's cheaper and manual transmission.
>>14007201
>V6
There is no choice, I rather do a track day on a segway than a V6 performance car
Left because naturally aspirated pushrods and rwd are GOAT combo and objectively superior
Ask the acr that, it smokes awd computers that cost millions
>>14007229
The GT is RWD as well...
>>14007226
Is this bait? It's a supercar, it'll still be fast and loud.
>>14007239
Fast for sure, loud but not in a good way. Have you heard the new Ferd? It almost sounds sickly.
>>14007239
Yeah but the acr costs less, is manual, doesn't need two turbos to make up for bad engineering, and smokes it regardless with an 80s truck engine
>>14007209
>and an older GT.
I just watched one go for over 300k on Barrett Jackson.
>>14007224
>wapanese tears
>>14007249
>is this bait
Read about what happened with the XJ220 when they switched it from a V12 to a V6 if you want to know what people think about V6 supercars
>>14007253
>bad engineering
Snek is better overall, I agree, but let's not make shit up here. The Ford GT is a work of art when it comes to efficient/aerodynamic design.
>>14007263
The new GT was always announced as a V6 though.
>>14007253
The GT is made for a class that needs the engine under 4.0L. Obviously it's going to be turbocharged. I'd still have the Viper as well, was just pointing out the GT wasn't AWD.
>>14007267
Any forced induction on a legal road car is bad engineering
>>14007273
>>14007239
Not the guy you're replying to but many cars can be fast and loud. This being said, fast and loud doesn't suddenly put a built up V6 on par with a V10 in the outright experience. Plus V6 is the highest cylinder count most people today will get to. V8 is slightly more special unless it's old Mustang or Panther, but very few commoners are going to touch a V10, and in the coming years, you can add V8 to that list.
tl;dr cylinder count matters, would you rather race an F1 car with a 2006-13 2.3 V8 or 2005 and back 3.0 V10? It's a pissing contest as the aero also factors in, but goddamn it's a V10 that can hit twenty-thousand RPM.
>americn shitboxes
no thanks dude
>>14007263
ford never said the new gt was going to be anything other than a v6 though you spastic

Ford GT, be the first to paint it up in Powder Blue and Orange.

Well I mean it takes 4 times as much work to get $400,000 than $100,000, sooooooo.
That and snek is faster
>>14007201
Snek is king
>>14007201
can't kek the snek
>>14007201
snek
Snek is for men that want to stay men
Snek to wash away the shame of being freedom hating european
Snek if you ever want to track.
Furd if you just care about showing off wealth.

There's also a third option

This makes me feel better about my country somewhat.

You're one dumb nigger aren't you? Every euro country in the world claims the snek on this board.

GT. How is this even a question?
both sounds like shit
both are ugly
both are completely undesirable to me
GT so I can sell it for more money

Than why is it something GT-R fanboys spam non-stop? Funny how they stop mattering when it the Nismo gets its ass kicked.
>american
Absolutely disgusting
Snek can make 800hp all day everyday with little shits given... 3.5eco boost probably is starting to have longevity issues when making 800hp. Also viper had more racing prestige.

thats the best it can do despite being lighter and more power than the GT-R? fucking sad
This is the reason why the GT-R is so goddamn amazing.
>>14016427
I don't think you realize how much 7 seconds a lap is on a track like Laguna Seca.

the answer is obvious

>>14016427
The GTR is riddled with all kind of technologies, an adaptive all wheel drive with a fast automatic transmission etc.
The viper prouds itself on having ABS and Electronic Stability Control. That's it. No fancy super suspension changing every 5 milliseconds or whatever, no spending years in R&D trying to perfect it or whatever. They just took a viper, slapped some aero on it, changed some settings on it and called it a day.
So yes, it's fucking sad when the best Japan has to offer falls on its face when some yanks from Detroit built a car with the bare essentials and it kicked the GTR's ass back to Tochigi.
>>14018374
> no spending years in R&D trying to perfect it
No, just decades
