Also the part about it being fast is pretty true, it does have the JV supercharger.
The price is also spot on since it only has 30k miles, if I recall this version he has with everything in it was one of the pace car models produced.

Start offers at $6500 cash in hand in person, it's always hard to say no to money on the spot. But it seems to be really clean, so getting him to go under 7k might not be easy.
Also, if you do end up with the car please be aware that unlike the regular ZX3s Zetec the SVTs version is an interference engine. The timing belt should be replaced upon purchase, even at 30k, considering rubber degrades over time even without use and it's likely on it's 12-13 year old original.
