OP's image is a car known as the Hennessey Venom GT.
A thief known as John Hennessey took a Lotus and then dropped in a 7.0L LS7 V8 he stole from a customer's Corvette, then threw twin turbos on the V8 even though GM themselves has said not to use forced induction on the LS7 because the cylinder walls are to thin for anything resembling reliability.
So the end result is an unreliable, undriveable hunk of shit that can go from 0-270 MPH once and only once.
