There are actually 2 answers for under 40K:
Challenger R/T Scat Pack
Charger R/T Scat Pack
Both shit on the 1/4 times of the 1ss and the GT. Both are larger, more practical, and more comfortable. Heck the Charger is nearly a sleeper when debadged. In the real world of off ramps, stop and go traffic, and long open highways, the Scat Packs are faster.
