I think you might be looking at the sway bar itself? You can see the U-shaped mount where it attaches to the frame.
The end link is the vertical part just barely visible.

Either way probably more of a hassle then it is worth to change. I think you'd have to get the flat replacement painted and on a used car questionable if it would match.

I think the Aerokit Cup is about $6000, while the delta between regular and S is about $10,000. I like the front bumper and ducktail, not completely sold on the wing.
I was looking for an agressively priced 991 S, but couldn't find one with the CPO warranty. I can't say I'm wanting for more power, drove a few 997 S models with 385 HP from a 3.8. Can't tell much difference between it and the 3.4 at 350.
Mine's a manual with Sport Chrono, Burmester sound system, Sports Exhaust, and 20" Sport Design wheels in black. That options list with the Aerokit put the sticker a bit over $100k. I like the way it's optioned, only things I'd have changed would be Active Suspension and Dynamic Chassis Control.
