I bought 5 items from Amazon and 4/5 of them were stolen... tell me about it.
I felt like shit while talking to Amazon about this, but they refunded me all the packages and contacted the police to look into it.
Apparently, I'm either being targeted or my neighborhood have rats.
Also, cops are working with regular joes like us to catch package thieves. They will have bait packages (packages with a GPS inside them) and leave them outside for the rats to get them.

I work in an affluent neighborhood and see remnants of stolen packages scattered on the streets pretty often. Especially during the holidays.
I live in like a like a upper lower class/lower middle class neighborhood. UPS and USPS leave packages at my door all the time. Never an issue. I'm glad I don't have to deal with it as I order expensive shit all the time.
