Ford squeezes out every HP they can
so basically 20 hp on 93 octane gas.

A few guys made 5.0Ls hit 600hp but they were not able to run on street gas and idled at 2500rpm.

It has the second highest bmep of any naturally aspirated production engine ever. It's more efficient than honda's f20. It makes over 100 hp/liter. I doubt there's much more you can do to wring power out of it other than some extremely aggressive cams and a ports job on the heads.

They'll get a bit more power out of it as they tweak the design, it'll probably be single digit percentages outside of a big increase in peak RPM (which would probably cost far too much to acheive)
