I've used it less than 5 times ever in two years driving. I've used it to get people sitting more than a few seconds at a green light when there's traffic behind me moving with a quick double tap, and once gave a good blast when someone was stopped in the middle of an empty 4 lane road with no other traffic.
It doesn't give me an opportunity to use it quickly in anger. My first move is usually to avoid what's happening, which is better than making a jarring noise and adding to a bad situation I suppose.

The only times I ever honk is when I'm riding my bike/scooter and it's so cold that I can't quite feel the right button and hit the horn by accident (instead of turning off the turn signals). I've literally never used the horn in a car and I'm 33 years old.

I installed a horn from a wrecked g-series Lexus in my car because the factory 'meep-meep' just didn't sound very commanding.
All you niggas with weak horns should get a set of hellas, they're loud as fuck. It's fun smiting dumbasses in front of you with all 118db of fury when they do stupid shit. They're easy to install too, all you need is 14 gauge wire and some male and female .25" blade connectors.
