Haha, we JUST had a customer with a Mini Cooper who we just had a timing chain break and kill the engine. Thankfully the chick had bought the extended warranty on the thing, so she didn't come out of pocket anything, but I think we ended up billing nearly 7 grand to the warranty underwriter.
