How often should you fill your car up?
When it gets to half tank? 3/4? 1/4?

I drive until the needle gets below E and then fill it back up to E. Any more is just extra weight.

Generally I like to fill up once I hit a quarter tank.
My gas gauge isn't that accurate tho so I just use the trip meter
I RETURN TO THE GAS STATION TO FILL UP AS SOON AS I LEAVE THE PARKING LOT.
IF YOU DON'T KEEP IT FULL AT ALL TIMES THEN YOUR FUEL PUMP WILL SUCK UP DUST, TWIGS, LEAVES, TREES AND OTHER CARS WHILE DRIVING AND CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE.
ANYTHING ELSE IS JUST LACK OF CARE FOR YOUR CAR.
I usually fill up when my trip meter hits 300 miles. I've gotten 330 miles out of my 10 gallon tank. Car is difficult to start up shortly after 310 miles when there's around half a gallon left.

sometimes I'll fill up at half a tank, sometimes a quarter. A few times at 1/8th, but never any lower then that.

Its more of an opinion thing really.
I run mine until the gas light comes on under medium braking and then fill it, if im going on a long trip ill top it up if im below 3/4.
If it wasnt inconvenient id run my civic on a 1/4 tank all the time for dem weight savings but I dont have time to hoon often so I give it a similar near E fillup procedure.
