Legit question. What applies to stance. I thought it took stupid lowering with camber and some other stupid shit. Is lowering it really all it takes to say it's stanced

kinda means different things to different people. If i saw a car lowered, on wheels with some offset, maybe fender flares or something, i'd consider it stanced. then you'll have people (normally the ones who are super vocal against stanced cars) who only think cars with -1 gorillion degree of camber can be called stanced.
I've been to plenty of car meets and shows where there was plenty of stance guys, even stancenation dallas (2014 i think?) and there were cars there that had no camber at all.
