I'm not OP from the last 90s pic thread. but i wanted to try it for myself for fun.
I know I'm not the best at it so any tips help

I'm using Photoshop CS6
So far all I'm messing with is Blur, Noise, vignette, and a couple other little things.
Like i already said, i know I'm not the best and I'm not even sure if I'm good. I just enjoyed the last thread and wanted to do it to others cars.
