2wd or 4x4? is it rusty? original engine? there are way too many variables to tell for sure with just a car fax.

Other than that huge issue, it looks and runs fine...

Worthless. nearly 400k miles and needs a trans, you likely won't find a buyer.
Put a trans in it? $1200. Will cost you $800-1800 to rebuild the trans. Just not worth it.

i'd say 0-1,200
i wouldt pay anything more than 800 if it hasent gotten a rebuilt trans within 60k miles.
Sense its a 3/4 ton its most likly been abused and pulled trailers its life. Just be careful. Remeber it has a 700r4. Which is a non electric trans. They like to slip in 3rd and 4th and fry themselves.

You can rebuild those 700R4's for 400-900$
If you get it for a good price you definitely wont be sorry.
