It's an Opel Corsa OPC. The closest American market equivalent is its sister car, the Chevrolet Sonic. Except the Corsa OPC has a 1.6L turbo making 196, or 210 HP. Think of it as a Chevy Sonic SS to tackle the Ford Fiesta ST.

The 1.6L turbo was JUST made compliant for the US market for the Buick Cascada convertible. Expect a Sonic SS on the horizon using the engine.
