I still have the car.
I'm doing work on the car, which the guy I sold it to is paying for.
Due to weird string of situations, I needed some money quick, so I sold it to a friend for 200. I intend to buy it back from him sometime around the end of next year when I have a large influx of cash.
Like I said I still like the car, but I needed the money. This was an appropriate compromise I was content with.
While I'm away, beginning next year, he will do work on it, and when I come back I pay the original 200 plus whatever he has on receipts.
