since one week my car is shifting really badly
the clutch pedal also doesnt come up most of the time on its own, i need to hook it with my foot to pull it up....
when shifting i need to use really a lot of force as well

Check the clutch fluid. Does the car act odd when its in gear and going down the road? Noises, clutch slipping, etc...
While I'm here I might as well ask a question.
My clutch pedal likes to stay down sometimes as well. My car will also try to die every now and then. It'll jerk and if it's in neutral, it will die when it does this.

my 240 has this issue as well. shifts fine and engages fine but my clutch throw is short though and the pedal doesnt come up ocassionally.
