Anybody on here that has owned both the C5 and C6 Corvette? Pros and cons of both? Love my C5. Drove an auto C6 one time but not long enough to be able to tell the difference and it was a while ago.
Ride wise there is't a difference. Unless you get a Z07 or a ZR1. power wise there is a difference between the gens. You probably didnt stab the C6 real good in the straight.

Mine is an FRC. Cam, full, exhaust, heads, intake, tune. Pushing 380 at the wheels. I stabbed that 6.0L C6 in the straight several times.
I know there's quite a bit of power difference stock for stock. More asking about handling and ride quality.

I've never driven a C5, but I imagine the C6 is just a tad more comfy. Creature comfort wise in the cabin it's like light years difference, but I imagine the ride quality isn't too different unless you get a magnetic ride equipped Vette.
