Hello. I am looking for the most reliable AWD vehicle with the most reliable engine variation it can possibly have. I am moving to a secluded location and pretty much screwed if it ever fails.
Heard volvo awd's are nice but might be really unreliable sometimes. Audi seems nice also but it's a pain to find the most reliable engine combination. Was looking at L200's and Hilux's but tax is too much.

I would go for maybe a Honda Pilot or CRV if you're looking for reliability.

The head gasket issue is still present in the EJ motors. Impreza non-turbo uses the EJ255 along with the turbo models. Oil pickup failure and ring land issues are also common with them.
