New:
Opel Meriva:
>5 seats
>good sound system
>cruise control
>manual and gasoline engine available
>minivan
>19k€
Renault Megane Berlina
>23k€
>heated seats
>GPS and cruise control
>great sounds system
>seats 5 (maybe there's a 7 option, not sure)
>new
>wagon shape
Citröen C4 Picasso:
>22500€
>Touchscreen with gps
>cruise control
>good sound system
>manual and gasoline powered
>wagon
>seats 5 confortably
seating 7 is dificult if you're not willing to either spend 30k or buy a van. for 25k you can buy a c4 gran picasso from citroen, which seats 7 and has all the options has the regular C4. Maybe look for a fleet used gran C4 picasso, they'll cut the price (because it's used) and it'll always have less than 10k km.

Are you retarded or you just like to spend your whole paycheck in petrol?
Petrol is only justifiable for performance cars, not much else, for anything else diesel is better.

Used:
honestly, there's to many and it's to diferent from country to country to predict.
in my country (portugal) for that price with that many km. you can buy shit like a renault captur or a peugeot 308.
BMW and Audis usually have a lot more milage when they're sold used.

Suit yourself.

Depends on your mileage.
Up to a certain point, petrol is cheaper due to the higher maintenance costs of a Diesel.
