I recently purchased one with a blown motor for $1k. It has a B18A1 currently, but was thinking of swapping in a B20B from glorious nippon (they sell them for only $350, and I already have everything i need for the swap)

previous owners sunroof job isn't the best, and they completely stripped it. The mods they put on arent great, but they're a good starting point for a dedicated track car.

Lightweight car with affordable aftermarket parts. Have fun with it.
If you live in the rust belt, good luck. If you live elsewhere, most have been trashed for the past 20 years or so, but they can take the abuse. Si takes Bs without much fuss, other trims you'll need to tenderly love the chassis legs.

Had one slow as fuck, engine sounded like chains dragging on the ground (valve adjust didnt help), axle broke off during a right turn. For months had a problem with the throttle body injection causing it to stall and not restart. It was low and slow like a go kart but an unreliable piece of shit.
