So I keep seeing meet threads for basically every US State under the sun, I think it's time we had one of our own.
Anyone up for this?
Any ideas location wise? Thinking maybe Manchester or Birmingham. Maybe London but it's quite far south.
Alternatively we could do the Evo Triangle or something like that.

You can't go and meet anywhere near the home counties because of traffic issues, same goes for manchester-liverpool-leeds-birmingham area.

I had aranged one in... 2013? In the Lake District, and 2 other people turned up. We still had a blast though, a Peugeot 306 caning it round bends (he knew the area), me trying to keep up in my Starlet GT, and a Sapphire whose bumper fell off :D
Was a good day, just never got around to arranging one since. A few people from down south had expressed interest in a UK Br/o/ meet at the time, but said the Lakes were too far.
I'm from East Lancashire myself, so one near Manc or the Peak District would be lovely.

/ovg/ ran a bit of an /ovg/ meetup for the final round of BTCC at Brands Hatch. About 10 people turned up, a couple from America, some from Germany as well.
If a single general can get that, surely /o/ can get a good one going.

Putting my vote in for based Peak District. I'm local so I could pick us out some decent routes
