Kind of confused as to why this doesn't work...
This is bait, right?
If you reverse the stagger and put the big wheel on the front, you'll always be going uphill and use way more fuel

Not really Hahaha. I'm in physics 101 but it still seems like it'd make sense?

Wtf does bait mean? I, just want to know if this will work or not. If you can't help I'll just ask my physics teacher. Can someone just draw a picture of why it wouldn't work?

Here is a small modification to his design!

WAT R&D thread?
thats been a trollish answer since the 70s (maybe earlier) for when you get asked why your car has rake
So you're in physics 101, alright. So you know how gravitational potential energy and kinetic energy work, or you will soon. Gravitational potential energy is a function of mass, gravity, and height, m*g*h=Pe. So a car on flat ground has rougly constant height, constant mass, and gravity is constant. If the potential energy doesn't change, kinetic energy can't change, and since kinetic energy is a function of mass and velocity, (1/2)*m*v^2=Ke, and mass, again, is constant, velocity cannot change.

This sounds boring as fuck, why would you do this for a living you lame faggot.
What a NERD.
>>13857818
>not knowing math formulas
>>13857837
>actually NEEDING an applied skill you earn a living
how does it feel to be a middle class peasant
>>13857818
Doing just physics is far from what I'd like to do for a living, though if I want to own a speedshop and build fast cars I should at least know how to calculate forces and such so I don't make shitty cars.
>>13857846
>he doesn't know simple math formulas
kek
>>13857860
If you're not building space ships you're a waste of life.

Can u walk me through this a lil slower? I'm not great at physics yet.
>>13857914
Look at the bottom line of the car though that's tilted probably 80 degrees
>>13857966
>>13857722
Well if you want a demonstration of it not working, look at NHRA dragsters. Big wheel in back, small wheel in front, still doesn't move 'til you burn fuel.

>>13857972
Look at the Earth it's axial tilt is about 23.4 degrees
>>13857966
If it's not ACTUALLY falling (rolling downhill), being pushed, or being pulled, it won't move.
>>13858049
But if you look at the angle of the car drawing you can kinda see it right?
>>13858055
No, the car's center of mass experiences no decrease in height.
