Hey /o/ I wanted to try practicing the picture style of the 90s so if you'd like to have a picture of your car with a touch of nostalgia then drop a pic.
Any criticisms, comments, suggestions welcomed; I'm just a guy with gimp and I'm looking to get better at this.

also, tc is nice car. its not a sports car, but a sporty car haha. i enjoy weebing it out, and makin it mine. my first vehicular purchase ! i really like the 2nd gen face lift vs the first gen. but the new 2.5, 2014/2015/2016 are a little TOO aggressive for me. looks like the earth is going to crumble infront of it. lol.
also, faster then frs? maybe. idk about that maybe its about the driver not the car. its my first stick car, and still trying to get my gear switches quicker. topped her off at 195km/h in the boonies so far.

I don't know what kind of shitty cameras Burgers had that they program such shitty simulators but my 90s photos were not blurry, noise and pale colored smear finger paintings and my camera wasn't expensive at all.

They look too "good". Like its got the blur and grain, but its a high quality photo thats got blur and grain. Try squashing the image and then resizing it back up before applying the other stuff.

in terms of practice, i did get down my patterns but i still dont think i can get the same look as those midnight photos, the lights and colours are too tricky for my eyes. specifically those higher quality magazine pictures have a very flat colour saturation; they dont lean towards draining towards a certain colour.

Aside from the date stamp they could be taken with pic related and done at a crappy 24-hour photo. I have stacks of pictures from when I was younger, I loved messing around with these cameras and dragging my parents to walgreens to get them developed.
