Replace the vacuum lines between the motor and firewall under the back of the intake.
Check the hoses going to the vris solenoid 1 and 2, and solenoid purge valve
Take extra care not to break the nipple where the hoses attach. The solenoid are very hard to find if you have to replace them.
The probe is getting inconsistent airflow because the vacuum lines are affecting the system that control the butterfly valves in the intake for the vris system
