The Nissan Z-cars was Nissan's sports car response to the likes of the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro.
I'm serious though. any car before 1990 is an antique and should not be crushed. Those cars are getting thin on the ground these days.

The 80s Z cars were considerably more expensive than a Camaro or Mustang. A turbo was about 20k, non turbo was around 17k when they came out. That put's them somewhere in between the Corvette and Mustang back then.
