If Mustang is the most iconic american car, why is it so shitty at everything other than a straight line?
is it because that americans are afraid of not being straight? is it all just one elaborate projecting of sexual insecurities?

Pretty much yeah.
Mustang a shit.
Ford in general a shit

Most american roads are straight, therefore why make them good for turning. It just make sense

Because muh quarter mile
Oh good, it's been a whole 5 minutes since we've had a 'I'm butthurt about Americans' thread.

ecoboosts can turn okay. still a bit heavy at 3600 lbs but they're well balanced.

That really doesn't seem right, the Hellcats have a worse power to weight and run 11s. Tires, gearing, bad rum on a testing day...?
Why do euros fixate so much on americans? We developed different approaches to performance vehicles becuase our drastically different situations. Euros have small curvy roads, so light nimble roadsters. America has big, open roads and hot rodders, so quarter miles and powerful cruisers. Why does this trigger so much autism

I'm guessing shit tires and gearing, yeah.

Hell even the new GT is pretty good at cornering. A bit of push at turn-in but it neutralizes fairly quickly and keeps good speed through the turn.
