Guilty pleasures thread. Post cars that you love and hate at the same time. My guilty pleasure is the Trax.
If only they didn't fuck up the build quality on the 1st gens or the front on the 2nd gens...
I just love how they look.

This Honda minivan.
>>13809945
What's wrong with this Hyundai?
Ugly as sin, but oh so practical. Can't hate it.
>>13809959
The 1st gen (with the better looking front end) had serious quality control issues. The 2013 revision fixed most of them and added more power, but turned the front into a mutated insect. Pic related.
chrysler town and country, I think the table thing is the coolest shit to be honest

I just realized, why the hell hasn't hyundai put out a $25k AWD wrx killer elentra/sonata yet
>>13810007
I dunno where they're going with this though

The Chevrolet Aveo
It's a Daewoo and it's supposed to be bad, but I can't help liking them.
>>13810028
that front end looks like a 1st grader's drawing of a dinosaur
>>13810036
The rest of the world got a better looking front end sadly. To do the conversion, you need to import the front bumper cover, headlamps, grill, and fog lights. fenders and hood are the same.
I love Ford Fiesta Sedan. I hate the big butt.

From personal experience I know a guy whose engine blew at 60k miles

I really like the new sonata for some reason
>>13813099
I like the sport version.

/o/ secretly likes Hyundai confirmed
I'm not really sure why I like the Enclave. But I do. I guess it's the curves.
>>13813226
The Enclave is handsome. Even moreso in the interior.
>>13813287
Leather seats?
>>13813226
Are buicks generally good cars?
>>13813307
>>13813345
>>13813345
Drove one as a rental once. Really nice interior and it braked like a sedan. Still felt like an SUV though.
>>13813308
yes, just for the longest time , they only appealed to old people, so there's a stigma to the brand name but Buick's been getting around that lately. On top of that, Buick has been GM's most reliable brand for decades.

>mfw buick is not available in my country
In my opinion, Buick is better than Chrysler.
>>13813430
Part of their fleet is just rebadged Opels/Vauxhalls. The Regal is known as the Insignia in other parts of the world, for instance.
Also the Insignia OPC has a pretty damn sexy 2.8l twin-turbo V6.
>>13813408
>new grand national when?
I hope they don't fuck it up.
>>13813430
The current Buick Regal is a rebadged Opel Insignia. The biggest difference is the Regal is 4 cylinder only. The Regal GS, the American equivalent of the Insignia OPC, gets a 250 HP 2.0L Turbo instead of the 300+ HP 2.8L V6 Turbo
>>13813457
Rumor has it it's in the pipeline. The next gen Regal is rumored to go to the RWD Alpha platform and that the Grand National will return with the new 3.6L DOHC twin turbo V6
considered buying one of these, but I wasn't sure how reliable Hyundais were
>>13813470
>>13813430
Also, the Buick Encore is a rebadged Opel Mokka, and the Buick Verano is an Opel Astra sedan with more sound deadening and different fascia's at both end's. The Verano Turbo even gets the same 2.0L Turbo as the Astra OPC.
Also, the recent Buick Cascada is a rebadged Opel Cascada.
The only Buick-exclusive models in their line up is the Enclave CUV and the LaCrosse
>>13813408
Is it bad I prefer the Opel rebadge and find it attractive?
>>13813457
New Grand National? Is this a joke?
>>13813498
If anything the Buick is the rebadge.
>>13813492
One more thing...we don't have Opel and Vauxhall too.
Why live?!

Probably built on a Cadillac platform. :|
>>13813345
I REALLY like the the blue lighting that Buick is putting in their cars.
>>13813498
>opel rebadge
m8 the buick is a rebadged opel, not the other way around
>>13813527
>>13813522
The Buicks have sister cars at other GM brands.
The Verano is a sister to the Chevrolet Cruze.
The Encore is a sister to the Chevrolet Trax
The Enclave is a sister to the Chevrolet Captiva and GMC Acadia
The LaCrosse is a sister to the Chevrolet Impala and Cadillac XTS
The Buick Regal is a sister to the Chevrolet Malibu.
>>13813548
>Chevrolet Captiva
fucking A
Chevrolet Traverse. I always get the Traverse and Captiva mixed up. Fucking CUVs
>>13809936
Do subcompact CUVs have more interior room than hatchbacks or something? If they do I'd probably consider one.
>>13813523
http://gmauthority.com/blog/2015/09/sadly-a-new-buick-regal-grand-national-is-not-coming/
Not gonna happen...
>>13813573
Nope. Just more ground clearance, AWD and the assumption by women that because it's high-riding, it's safer (ride height has nothing to do with safety in reality, but try explaining that to women).
>>13813506
>>13813530
sry, America feeds me lies. Opel a good.
>>13813589
Oddly enough, it wasn't originally going to be a Buick in America
