I don't think so. As a tour guide for Asians in Las Vegas, I've hosted both Chinese and Japanese tourists. Two things I've learned from for over 8 years of work: the majority of Chinese tourists had bad hygiene, and Japanese tourist don't like Chinese candies due to low hygienic facilities.
Why should we blame ourselves for someone who refuses to raise their standards. Their just shallow people, and shallow people deserve 6 inch graves. At least they have interesting food. This concludes my rambling
