I suspect this is a Fat Acceptance false flag design to evoke sympathy from the general population, or possibly one of those orchestrated media events like the Dad Bod was. There have only been two reported instances of this happening with both recipients being female and with the second report from the journalist having no proof.
The card is also very poorly made with poor spelling and grammar, and the message is convoluted as if to show that "fat shamers" are intellectually deficient.
Unless more confirmed reports come forth about this I will continue to be suspicious.
