How does /n/ feel about inline skating? I want to learn how to do it. Will it look weird/dorky for a 27-year old learning to skate?

No? If someone is insecure about their appearance, the solution isn't to stay indoors. Or insecure about the way the speak or something, the solution isn't to become a mute.
They suck it up and do it and loose the insecurity in the process of actually doing it.

Something tells me you're dorky and weird no matter what you do. Do something about that.
It will always look weird . Even for me when i try to learn new moves etc
