Correct. There has not been a single unique guitar song for decades. Listening to modern string pop is pointless; the only string pop you should be listening to is stuff from the seventies and sixties for its historic value. Meanwhile, electronic music is literally boundless and will never get old. The only string pop fans today are people trying too hard to be like their Dads. Electronic is better for dancing, intellectual listening, and simple relaxation. String pop has no relevance whatsoever.
