I have MDD and am on heavy meds for it, so I started exercising to try and boost my mood. Lost more than 30 pounds since april.

My house, or while commuting. The latter is actually the ideal time to listen to anything but harsh noise/something loud.

90% of the time I am on the computer with my headphones on. The rest is outside with worse headphones or in the car with a mediocre audio system. I only listen to louder things outside.
