what do you think of this album?
>>
It's shit.
>>
>>66488134
I like it a lot actually, the from the basement performance is fantastic, might be my most played thing from them
>>
Basement saves it
>>
Radiohead's best.
>>
If the majority of /mu/ likes it, then I do too. If not, then I agree.
>>
>>66488134
Favourite desu
>>
>>66488134
Only Pablo Honey is worse.

Still pretty decent.
>>
good album
>>
>>66488134
First half I didn't like at all, second half is fuckin great.

other anons are right Basement version is fantastic, especially Bloom
>>
>>66488134
great album
>>
One of my favorite albums

>>66488294
If there is an album that /mu/ can't agree on, it's TKoL
>>
The studio version is good, not their best. I'd give it about a 6 or a 7. I like it more than HttT. Basement version, however, is phenomenal and probably my favorite live album I've ever listened to.
>>
>>66488134
Up there as one of their best. I'd put it second to Kid A.
>>
The middle 4 tracks are best tracks.
>>
>>66488155
correction, the bridge of MMM is shit, the chorus of LBL is shit, feral is kinda shit (with the exception of the arpeggiated vocals), the chorus of LF is a bit sappy, CODEX aims high but doesn't quite achieve anything more than vaguely pretty, GUTG is repetitive but solid melody,

BUT BRUH, THAT OPENER AND CLOSER THO
>>
>>66488134
its shit
>>
Better than HTTT
>>
>>66491930
>chorus of LBL is shit
literally what
highlight of the album
>>
>>66488134
really good, underrated
>>
A good album amidst a string of mildly great albums. Definitely their most krautrock flavored, but I think its more experimental shadings are a bit overblown by some as the album rarely sounds like anything new for the band beyond being a little more rhythmic than usual. Bloom is the best track, Codex is the worst, Supercollider and Staircase absolutely should've made it to the main tracklist and would've really fleshed the album out.

asking /mu/ what they think of radiohead stuff is like asking a femenist what they think of trump.
>>
>>66494602

I don't know what feminists think of Trump since I don't care about either of those things but /mu/ likes Radiohead and has pretty diverse opinions on them from person to person so they're never really boring to discuss.
>>
>>66494632
>I don't know what feminists think of Trump

Isn't it obvious? I mean do you live under a rock? I agree with you about /mu/ and radiohead though.
>>
Surprisingly great considering how people go on about it. Fifth best RH album.
Kid A
In Rainbows
OK Computer
Amnesiac
The King of Limbs
Hail To The Thief
A Moon Shaped Pool
The Bends
...
Pablo Honey
>>
The best radiohead album.

A patrician album from a pleb band.
>>
>>66494602
are you seriously implying /mu/ hates Radiohead?
>>
So, let's see what the /mu/ consensus on this thing is then.

yeah wasn't really sure where to put a couple of people.
>>
I've listened to it a couple of times and it's left such a minute impression that I couldn't tell you how a single song goes. Watching the live version from the basement now, hopefully this time i'll get a bit more out of it.
>>
>>66495425
That's how it was for me for the first couple times.
Now it's one of my top 5 favorite albums.
>>
>>66488134
I mean obviously it's not Radiohead's best album, but for what it's worth, it's pretty good

I don't know how well it'll age considering it sounds like a product of its time (from what I can remember)
>>
>>66494936

I do live under a rock, actually. Only time I ever see world events is on the TV that plays outside of where I work.
>>
their best.
>>
>>66495055

Fascinating.

Hail To The Thief
Kid A
A Moon Shaped Pool
OK Computer
Amnesiac
In Rainbows
The Bends
The King of Limbs
Pablo Honey
