Just start playing it places and have people pay you to turn it off, like have them buy it to make it stop on cassette probably or cd or flashdrive

If we're talkin' actual noise music digital downloads wont work those kids love their cassette. Blank tapes are relatively cheap and you can even dub over old ones for extra diy points. Get in touch with local "promoters" or punk kids, play some shows and make yr tapes have an extra dark and lofi aesthetic. Sell em' 100% or more marked up and you'll be rollin' in that little bit of extra spending money brah
