Listen to it quieter. Think of it in the same way as ambient: hypnotic and mesmerizing, like being wrapped in a blanket of sound. Also focus on the texture.
Noise gets a bad rep because a lot of the people who like it are edgelords who think of it as "anti-everything" and make it sound retarded, but if you approach it in the right way it's very cool.
