I knew it was a meme, but I tried to workout with it anyway. It was the weirdest thing I've ever done, but my efficiency really increased.

Am I the only one who prefers to listen to something easy on the ears while working out? When I'm exhausted everything heavy just sounds too... heavy. Especially while running I need to have something calm and pretty slow. Normally I enjoy heavy and fast music though.
