Hello, anon. I listen to a lot of obscure twee. I highly recommend When I Was 12/Catnaps. The lead vocalist, Adrianne Gold, has a perfect twee voice. When they changed their name to Catnaps, they also changed their sound to something that they call "twee grunge". I find all of their releases incredible. Many of their EPs are free on bandcamp if you can't find any downloads.
