Well, this isn't exactly my taste, all these albums are stuff I listened for the first time recently.
I've decided to check a bunch of random 2016 releases, and I'm slowly listening to all albums from 1001 Albums to Listen Before You Die, hence the older stuff.

Need to relisten, but definitely liked it, I was already familiar with the artist (mostly from her work with Sunn O))) but this was the first full album I heard from her.

Yeah. I really liked it, too. One of my favorite albums from this year and maybe the best Xiu Xiu albums in the last few years. And you should definitely watch the show. It's one of the best TV shows of all time, along with Kieslowski's Dekalog.
